In the restaurant kitchen, host Kim Winterbottom, self-confessed foodie and qualified chef, produces gourmet delights using local and seasonal produce. At 1.5 hrs from Dunedin and 1.5 hours from Queenstown/Southern Lakes, the Lake Roxburgh Lodge Restaurant is perfect as a mid-way stop off for all day espresso, beverages, snacks and an extensive lunch and dinner menu.
